No Weld Trailer Rack Towers make it easy for DIYers to build sturdy trailer racks tailored to their needs.
No Weld Trailer Rack Towers are designed for attaching to structurally solid vertical surfaces on your trailer. They work on Utility, Dinoot, M416, Teardrop and any trailer with a solid vertical surface for attaching.
No Weld Trailer Rack Towers ship bare steel and are available in two grades:
- Utility Grade: Shipped straight off the bending machine, they have manufacturing grime and no touchup of scuffs / scratches.
- Standard: Been cleaned and outside face scuffs / scratches touched up.
- For steel metal trailers such as M416s, we offer back plates to reinforce the attachment points on the inside.
Depending on application; they provide 7”-9” of clearance from the top of your trailer to the bottom of the crossbars. We normally make crossbars for them with 1.5” .120” wall square steel tubing. There are many channel style aluminum extrusions that may also be used as crossbars.
Installing No Weld Trailer Rack Towers requires measuring, marking and drilling. Threads are available on the Tventuring forum with examples: DIY No Weld Trailer Rack System, No Weld Rack Towers and Cross Bars on Pickup Truck Beds, and M416 / M100 DIY No Weld Trailer Rack Examples.
We can supply a pair of 50-60” 1.5” square steel cross bars for $69,
